Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Maya Northen and I own and operate a travel planning company. I am also starting up a travel e-magazine which will hopefully be out at the end of this year or very early in 2009.
Why are you attending BarCamp Philly?
I am moving more towards the “information” end of my business (for example the e-magazine) and am therefore getting more into the web/technology end as well. I just really want to learn as much as I can as this is all quite new to me.
If you were to lead a session, what would it be about?
I probably would not as I am not much yet involved in the type of topics focused on at barcamp. Sorry, maybe next year 
Tell us one random fact about yourself.
One of the most amazing things I have ever done was skydive over a glacier in New Zealand.
