My name is Jeff Fritz. I am a web application developer for a Software as a Service company in Malvern that provides automated temporary worker placement services. We started our business in the field of substitute teachers, and we have started to extend our reach into other industries. My team and program in C#.Net

Why are you attending BarCamp Philly?
I find that people in the Microsoft development practices can sometimes get too wrapped up in using Microsoft only technology, and we should extend our field of knowledge outside of those bounds. Variety is the spice of life..

If you were to lead a session, what would it be about?
I have a bit of knowledge regarding scalable web applications. Our current application services 1M+ users on a daily basis, and one of the keys to how we manage that load is the management of user’s state. I would present a session regarding the code that we delivered to the open source community to manage Asp.Net session state.

Tell us one random fact about yourself.
I was one of the first dozen Philadelphia Soul season ticket holders, and consequently you can always find me as the ONE guy wearing a Philadelphia Soul hat.
